Thrive Therapy & Wellness is a culturally grounded, trauma-informed mental health and wellness practice centering the needs of women of color. Rooted in community care and holistic healing, Thrive offers therapy alongside complementary wellness modalities such as movement, nutrition, and spiritual guidance. Founded by therapist and former social worker Amoya, the practice blends clinical expertise with lived experience to create an inclusive, affirming, and accessible space. With long-term goals to scale and build a replicable wellness hub model, Thrive is more than a therapy practice—it’s a space for restoration, empowerment, and collective healing.
Our rebrand for Thrive was all about flow. Amoya came to us with a powerful vision yet her brand didn’t fully reflect the depth, warmth, or growth potential that Thrive wanted to scale.
The challenge was to move beyond a clinical feel and build a brand that felt human, holistic, and expansive. Our solution? We designed a custom wordmark that brings the letters closer together to reflect community and care, with details like the “ri” symbolizing the return to self and the open “R” representing healing in motion. The typography is modern yet flowing, capturing Thrive’s ability to meet people wherever they are in their journey.
To support scalability, we created a full brand system: custom font pairings, a detailed icon suite, and branded healing auras that visualize the mind-body-spirit connection, and a unique “R” flow element that adds movement and energy to layouts.
This rebrand gave Amoya the tools to confidently tell Thrive’s story, show up consistently online, and build the foundation for a scalable wellness hub rooted in
care and community.
